Principal
David started his career in real estate 33 years ago in New York City, where he began in management positions. Within ten years, he owned real estate including more than 3,000 apartments in NYC. While his early career was primarily multi-family, his operations were successfully expanded in 2014, to include full-service office buildings, flex, and industrial projects as well as development. In 2012, selling most of his NYC holdings, David continue investments in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) and expanded his portfolio to Memphis, TN; Chicago, ILL, Dayton, Ohio, and Florida. The vast portfolio includes approximately 2, million square feet of commercial office/flex/industrial space, and over 1000 multifamily units, for over 2 Billion dollars of transactions. His team consist of Pat Lowery, Managing Director for our commercial real estate and Jack Garber and Don Wolfe, Senior Managers for the multi-family real estate.
Vice President of Acquisitions
Daniel joined our firm in 2014 and brings on board his financial analyst skills. He is a trusted advisor and responsible for the supervision and oversight of every aspect of our acquisition process. Daniel was instrumental in growing our Company with the most recent addition of five (5) office buildings in various suburban Chicago locations.
Managing Director
Pat Lowery has 35 years of commercial real estate experience, consisting of brokerage services, property management, construction supervision and asset management. She has been managing director for over 24 years for private investor’s portfolio ranging from 6,085 sf to over 1.5 million square feet. Her experience while primarily focused on full-service office, also included multiple office/flex, retail and industrial properties located in South/Southwest and Mid-west U.S. She started her real estate career with Lincoln Property Company’s leasing and management team in Houston and later work for several industry leaders, including Paragon Real Estate, Mac Haik Realty and Trammel Crow ‘s office division in senior level property management position. Pat has negotiated hundreds of real estate transactions and supervised multi-million dollar projects for long and short term investment goals, adding shareholder value as well as providing professional management services for the tenant base, resulting in excellent tenant retention. Regardless of the real estate diversity, her primary objective is to provide quality services for our customers, with integrity and reliability.
Multi-Family Asset Manager
Don has been with the Memphis, TN multi-family project since its conception in 2017 joining as an Asset Manager. In his current role as Asset Manager Don is responsible for budgeting, capital project management, collections, maintenance, and leasing. He works directly with on-site staff, residents, vendors, contractors, and the owner to ensure success. Prior to joining PREMIUM, Don worked with some of the leading Multi-Family Management Groups in the country in a variety of property and district management positions. He is a member of NAA, Greater Apartment Association of Memphis and is a Certified Property Manager. Don has a business management background and is a Licensed Affiliate Real Estate Broker.
Senior Manager (Multi-Family)
Jack has been involved in the real estate field for 20+ years and has been with Mr. Kramer’s team since 2007. Jack’s primarily responsible for PREMIUM’s New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut operations. Jack has vast experience in all aspects of the management responsibilities, inclusive of rentals, apartment renovations and our liaison dealing with the City and State, permitting and compliance requirements, as well as tenant improvement supervision. Additionally, his previous experience included acquisition and development.
